What we collect

Enquiry and contact forms: name, email and the details you choose to share (organisation, phone, travel preferences, message).

Newsletter: your email address, language and the confirmation of your double opt-in.

Analytics: with your consent only, anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4. We record technical consent evidence (time and a hashed identifier) to meet our accountability duties.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange the services you request (consent and, for follow-up correspondence, our legitimate interest in serving you). To send The Luxury Brief newsletter after you confirm your subscription (consent). To understand how the site is used (consent).

Sharing with partners

If your enquiry concerns a specific partner, we share it only according to the choice you make on the form: share my details, ask me first, or do not share. We never sell personal data. Technical providers (hosting, email delivery, database) process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to office@mnelux.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority or the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP).

Cookies

The site works without tracking cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner; you can change your choice at any time via the Cookies link in the footer.

International transfers

Our technical providers (e.g. Google, Vercel) may process data outside your country under recognised safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.
